The voting machines had a very low test level, and many of them failed as “Wired reported”:http://wired.com/news/evote/0,2645,65535-2,00.html?tw=wn_story_page_next1 so all the voters have to make it to the old way, which is by paper. Apart from its very bad encryption and security level, this problem, I guess it’s making the voting a lot slower than it will supossed to be.
